Testimonials
This is actually our first time participating in the Digital Transformation Summit, and our experience over the past two days has been very positive. We’ve had the opportunity to meet many important customers here and also network with new ones attending the event. For our organization, it has been quite effective because we’ve been able to identify the key pain points of customers and explore solutions we can offer them. If we were to give a rating, it would be four out of five.
I think the great thing about the event is that it is pretty much very intimate setting in terms of a summit. So we managed to have quite good, high quality conversations with the delegates at a booth area as well as the networking area during the tea break sessions outside. So I would say my sales teams are very pleased.
We believe the quality of attendees is higher when they are decision-makers. In previous events we participated in, many attendees were not decision-makers. However, in this case, we saw a high conversion rate among attendees who came to our booth. The delegates who attended had sufficient knowledge of collaboration tools. For example, they were already somewhat familiar with the collaboration tool we were promoting and also quite familiar with ByteDance group. This made it easy to interact with them, and by the end of the conversations, they were asking about special pricing. Overall, we received a very good response from the audience.
We've had two different tracks. So Daniel was speaking on day one. Across the IT track, we met some great leaders across driving digital transformation. Today I spoke on the marketing track. So it was great to connect with fellow marketing leaders and really gain insights around some of the challenges they're facing within their industries. Yeah, I would say we really appreciate the energy and the creativity that we've seen while being here! We've had great engagement after our presentations. We've had multiple people come into the booth, ask us more in depth questions to get really insights around how they can drive digital transformation within their organizations.
